D.J. Bushman, KS 2004
Kansas Bruiser a New State Record?
January 28, 2005

D.J. Bushman sent in this photo of a giant typical he harvested this past season. Early reports have the buck green-scoring right at the 200-inch mark. Regardless of what his final score is, this is a magnificent animal.
The current Kansas state record for typical whitetail is a buck taken by Dennis P. Finger in Nemaha County. That buck scores 198-2/8 B&C.
