Washington, 2004
Big Washington Moose
June 1, 2005

We are currently waiting for more information on this great Wyoming moose. It is believed to come from Washington, and looks as though it could challenge the state record.
The current state record for Washington is 175-3/8. It was found dead, and is currently owned by the B&C National Collection.

UPDATE: Jeff McKeen was the lucky hunter on this great Shiras moose. Final score is 168-4/8. It was believed to be the largest hunter-taken moose in Washington history, until we recently received an entry from Leroy Cooper. Leroy's 2004 trophy, a 176-2/8 monster, now takes over the top spot for any moose ever recorded in Washington.
