If you’re looking for adventure, head north. If you can find a good weather window after the bugs have turned to skeeter icicles, you will be rewarded. There you’ll find Alaska brown bears, musk ox, Alaska-Yukon moose, barren-ground caribou, and black bears. Don’t forget Dall’s sheep and Rocky Mountain goat on that bucket list.
