Eli Jules, BC 2006
Biggest in Over Five Decades
March 29, 2007

This tremendous non-typical mule deer was taken just this past fall in British Columbia, and could be the largest deer taken in that province in over fifty years! No word on the hunter yet, but it has been officially scored at 271-5/8, and sports a 9x11 frame.

UPDATE: Ei Jules was the lucky hunter. This giant buck was accepted into B&C's 27th Awards Program at 271-5/8 on August 30, 2007, and is the third-largest to ever come from BC.
