Jeremy Liesemer 2010
Alberta First
November 27, 2010

UPDATE: Jeremy's bull has been officially scored at 375-3/8.

Alberta resident, Jeremy Liesemer needed 9 priority points to draw a bull elk tag for the area around Canadian Forces Base Suffield.

He writes, "I believe it was 1997 when the government took the wild horses out of the base and transplanted elk there from the Ya-Ha timber ranch. It took a priority 9 to get the tag and was definatly worth the wait! The rough green gross score that I have come up with is around the 393 mark. This the first elk I have ever scored so I could be off by a few inches. I will be in touch with an official scorer to get the correct score!"

This is possibly the third elk to make B&C from this transplanted herd.
