Project Title: Management alternatives for hyperabundant white-tailed deer in lower Michigan
I learned to love the outdoors and wildlife as I grew up hunting and fishing in Idaho. More than just learning to love spending time outdoors, I learned to love investigating wildlife ecosystems and populations. I received my PhD from Utah State University where I studied waterfowl. I originally came to Michigan to work on a waterfowl project, and have since moved to studying white-tailed deer.
Management alternatives for hyperabundant white-tailed deer in lower Michigan
I am writing a report that investigates the adverse impacts of hyperabundant white-tailed deer in Michigan providing recommendations for deer removal methods.
