B&C Staff Calendar

Everyone should have received an invite to join the calendar from jt@boone-crockett.org. If you did not, please send Julie a message to request another email invite. 

Near the bottom of the email, click on Add this calendar to accept the invitation.

The link will take you to a Google Calendar web page. If for some reason it does not, you'll need to log into your B&C Google account and click on the apps icon with boxes in it, and select Calendars.

NOTE: Be sure you are logged in to your B&C Google account, not a personal email account in order to access the B&C Staff Calendar.

In the far left column, you'll see a list of My Calendars. B&C Staff Calendar should appear here. Make sure it is checked in order to see the events such as PTO days, Quarantine days, etc. 

To add an event, simply click on the date it will occur and a pop-up window will appear where you can enter the appropriate information.

1. The title is what will appear on the main calendar for everyone to see. 
2. Select the appropriate date/date range.
3. Be sure the B&C Staff Calendar is selected so your event will be viewable by everyone.
4. Hit Save

If you don't see the B&C Staff Calendar in the drop down list, you haven't successfully added it to your calendar queue. Go back to review the previous step or contact Julie or Mark for assistance.
