Thursday, July 21

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Welcome Reception – $80
Wonders of Wildlife Museum - Boone and Crockett 31st Awards Trophy Display (Tickets Required) Sponsored by LEUPOLD

Attendees and guests will enjoy a selection of beverages and hors d’oeuvres with a private viewing of the 31st Big Game Awards and youth trophies.

Friday, July 22

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Boone and Crockett Official Measurer Open Meeting
Springfield Doubletree (Open to Everyone)

Free of charge and all are welcome to sit in on discussions of scoring procedure and questions commonly received by both staff and Records committee members. This is mainly geared for Official Measurers, but will be interesting and informational to all who attend.

 

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Field Generals Luncheon – $50

Luncheon honoring Boone and Crockett Club’s dedicated team of Official Measurers.

 

3:00 p.m. –  Jack S. Parker Generation Next Banquet Rehearsal
White River Conference Center at Bass Pro Shops - All youth trophy owners must attend.

 

5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Jack S. Parker Generation Next Reception and Banquet – $115
White River Conference Center at Bass Pro Shops (Tickets Required) Sponsored by BUCK KNIVES

Special dinner honoring youth hunters who have accepted trophies in the 31st Big Game Awards Entry Period.

Saturday, July 23

8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Estate Planning in Uncertain Times
DoubleTree Springfield - Rathdangan II room (Open to Everyone) 
Come and visit with Winton Smith, Boone and Crockett Club's Planned Giving Consultant. Winton is a practicing attorney who specializes in estate tax strategies and tax planning. Attendees will learn how to avoid probate and potentially pay zero tax. Why plan for family, friends and others now? Why retirement plans require protection?

 

10:00 a.m. – 31st Awards Banquet Rehearsal
White River Conference Center at Bass Pro Shops - All trophy owners must attend.

 

12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lifetime Luncheon – $50
Springfield Doubletree (Tickets Required)

Luncheon honoring Boone and Crockett Club’s Lifetime Associates.

 

1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. 31st Big Game Awards Benefit Auction
Springfield Doubletree (Open to Everyone)

This auction will feature unique firearms, hunts, and trips from around North America. The proceeds from this auction all directly fund Boone and Crockett Mission objectives.

 

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 31st Big Game Awards Reception and Banquet – $135
White River Conference Center at Bass Pro Shops (Tickets Required) Sponsored by Wild Sheep Foundation

Presentation of the awards for invited trophies on display will be presented to the trophy owners following dinner.
